Our scouts watch grassroots matches, school tournaments and community football across Lagos, identifying players with elite potential.

Promising players are invited to structured trial sessions — or families can register interest directly through our trials page.

Technical, tactical, physical and attitude assessment by our coaching staff, with clear feedback for every player.

Step 04

Successful players join their age-group academy. Families receive the AMG code of conduct, training schedule and development plan.

Daily focus on ball mastery, first touch, passing range, finishing and position-specific technical detail.

Game-model education, video analysis, positional play and decision-making under pressure.
